Can you tell I’ve been busy?🙂

Se vede ca am fost harnica?🙂

I’ve been working for many hours to get the soil free of roots from the previous plants which had gotten too messy.

Then deciding where each plant should come also kept me busy for a while.

Apoi am cugetat o vreme unde sa vina fiecare planta.

Finally this is what I went for:

Phlox which will grow to be 80 cm:

This rose with strong perfume called “L’Aimant” which will bloom from June to October:

An Elstar apple tree, Elstar are my favourite apples. It will bloom in May and will have ripe apples in September:

Un mar Elstar, merele Elstar fiind preferatele mele. Va inflori in mai si va avea mere coapte in septembrie:

Buddleja davidii blooms from June until September, grows up to 1,75 m high and attracts butterflies:

This here is an “experiment” of mine, which I know will succeed, as I have done it before. This is a small plant which spreads easily and carries yellow flowers all summer long (see second picture). Because new little plants appear through the garden, I sometimes get them out with the tiny roots and replant them somewhere else.

Aceasta planta mica se raspandeste usor si are flori galbene toata vara (vezi a doua poza).

This is a second “experiment” which doesn’t look promising after two days already. I had to move the plant because it was covered by another one and had no chance to grow anymore…

This forsythia was also meant for the same place, but I thought it would get too busy there, so I planted it strategically so that we can see it blooming in March from inside, as it will be too cold to sit in the garden.

Aceasta forsitia a fost gandita pentru a fi plantata in acelasi loc cu celelalte plante, dar mi s-a parut ca devine prea aglomerat, asa ca am plantat-o strategic astfel incat sa o putem vedea inflori in martie din casa, cum va fi prea frig ca sa stam in gradina atunci.

  1. Ai o gradina foarte frumoasa! Felicitari.
